I remember being a teenager and having a big crush on this guy. This vivid haiku reminds me of those days when I couldn’t stop thinking of him, and yes, it felt as if a fat maggot was frolicking in my brain matter. Visually grotesque but undoubtedly right on the mark!

I know what you mean. Thoughts can be the worst kind of maggot! Because they’re always hungry.

Hungry is a really good word for that. Speaking of, I’m gonna have some chickenless nuggets right now! What did you have for dinner? Your famous shake?

How did you know? You really must be a sorceress! Wait. Hold on. I just noticed that the purple M Brother is biting the Flying Monster S tail. Haha. Funny.

Ha! Mom just told me how hot it was, so I figured you were trying to keep cool. I know I would! Well, actually, M Bro is licking Flying S’s tail… I know, I know, but what do you expect from monsters? 😀

I love maggots but usually only for breakfast, with eggs of course 😉

I’d rather eat the maggots! Less cholesterol…I think.
